Waggle is a word strategy game with a little more buzz. Make words by connecting neighboring letters across a honeycomb, feed the Queen, manage spreading mold, and upgrade cells to increase your score. With five ways to play, Waggle offers everything from relaxed wordplay to strategic challenges and head-to-head competition.
Full Description
Waggle is a word game that combines vocabulary with strategy. Make words by connecting neighboring letters across a honeycomb and tend your own hive while building the highest-scoring words you can.
With strategic use of upgraded cells and board turning, you can multiply a word's base score into something much bigger. Meanwhile, you'll need to keep the Queen fed and manage mold before it spreads through the hive.
Whether you prefer a relaxing game or friendly competition, Waggle has a play mode to suit you. Relax in Haven, play the global Daily challenge, race a friend in two-minute Rush, or go head-to-head in Duel on iPad and iPhone Duo. Or take on the challenge of The Hive, where feeding the Queen, managing mold, and upgrading your hive are all part of the strategy.
Beyond the play modes, you can earn achievements, share replays of your best words with friends, compete on Game Center leaderboards, and explore themed word challenges in the League of Extraordinary Wordsmiths.
Waggle keeps track of your best words, scores, and personal records, giving you plenty of reasons to return to the honeycomb.
Play Your Way
Five ways to play. One honeycomb full of possibilities.
The Hive
Feed the Queen, manage mold, upgrade your hive, and chase your best score.
Haven
No Queen hunger. No mold. Take your time, build your hive, and chase your best words at your own pace.
Daily
You have twenty-five words to make the most of the daily comb. Keep the Queen fed and make every word count. Then compare your score with friends and see where you land on the Game Center leaderboards.
Rush
Challenge a friend on a different device in a fast-paced race for the highest score. You’ll both play the same comb, and after the race you can compare words or watch a side-by-side replay.
Duel
Go head-to-head on one device with iPad and iPhone Duo. Duel lets two players battle it out on the same comb, where every word changes the board for both players. Turn your side however you like as you race for the highest score.
